It’s easy to create beautifully detailed icing decorations at home with Squires Kitchen Flexi-Ice Mats. Use these high-quality silicone moulds with Flexi-Ice to produce fabulously flexible sugar designs for wedding and celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
Simply spread the lace icing mix evenly over the mat with a smoother or large palette knife, allow it to dry in a cool oven or dehumidifier then peel back a delicate and detailed icing design. Flexi-Ice Mats make it easy to create detailed repeating patterns for cake borders, cupcake toppers and more.

- Wash the mould in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use
- Simply spread the flexible icing mix evenly over the mat with a smoother or large palette knife, allow to dry in a cool oven or dehumidifier then peel back the delicate and detailed icing design.
- Attach to iced cake by brushing the surface of the cake with a small amount of water and then smooth the lace trim around the side of the cake.
- Can be pleated, ruffled or gathered to create a 3D effect.
