Made without compromise using free-range egg whites and the finest cane sugar for superior quality.

Squires Kitchen’s royal icing mix is available in a range of popular colours that perfectly match Squires Kitchen Sugarpaste, the first sugarpaste in the UK to be Fairtrade certified. This pre-coloured royal icing saves you time and lets you add coordinating decorative touches to sugarpasted cakes, cupcakes and cookies with ease. The pastel shades lend themselves perfectly to wedding and christening designs, whilst stronger shades are great for Halloween, Christmas and novelty cakes.

Simply add cooled, boiled water according to the instructions and mix on a slow speed until light and fluffy for the perfect icing.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Once mixed cover with cling film and refrigerate for up to 1 week
Usage instructions
  1. Sift 500g of royal icing mix into a bowl and add 75ml of cooled, boiled water
  2. Beat at a low speed for 5 minutes in an electric mixer until it forms soft peaks
  3. TOP TIP: When coating a cake, add 1tsp of glycerine per 500g of icing for a softer royal icing that is easier to eat
