Create an underwater paradise in no time with this Squires Kitchen Great Impressions Mould. The perfect tool for decorating sea-themed cakes, cookies and desserts; simply press your chosen sugarcraft medium into the mould then flex to release a perfectly formed sea life shape every time.
Squires Kitchen Great Impressions Moulds can be used with a huge range of modelling mediums including sugarpaste, modelling paste, Sugar Dough, marzipan, modelling chocolate (Cocoform), isomalt and more.
Designed and made in the UK by Squires Kitchen’s master craftsmen, all Great Impressions moulds are made from durable, platinum-grade silicone which has been approved for food use. The flexible silicone can be frozen and can withstand temperatures of up to 204˚C.
- Wash the mould in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
- Roll a ball of MMP, marzipan, modelling chocolate or your chosen paste and push it firmly into the mould. For sugarpaste or modelling paste, it may help to grease your hands with a little white vegetable fat before rolling the paste to prevent the paste from sticking to the mould.
- Level the paste at the back of the mould, or make it rounded if required (e.g. for modelled heads).
- Ease the shape out of the mould. Avoid flexing the mould too much as this may distort the shape.
