Achieve the perfect consistency for run-out work time after time with Squires Kitchen Instant Mix Run-Out Icing. Squires Kitchen has developed this carefully balanced Instant Mix Run-Out Icing, made with cane sugar and pure albumen for strength.

To save time when decorating with royal icing, simply add the correct measure of water to the powder mix as instructed on the pack. Squires Kitchen Instant Mix Run-Out Icing gives you perfect results for flood work every time. Use for flooding collars, lettering and figures as well as covering biscuits and cookies.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Unmixed:Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Mixed: Wipe away any residue from the sides of the bowl, then double wrap the bowl with cling film or store in an airtight container.
Usage instructions
  1. Sift the contents into a mixing bowl
  2. Add 35ml* of cooled, boiled water and mix at the lowest speed in an electric mixer (not a food processor) for approximately 15 minutes
  3. Gently stir in a further 20ml* of cooled, boiled water to achieve a soft, flowing consistency
  4. This is now ready to use
  5. *It is important to use the correct amount of water. When colouring run-out icing, add the colour to the water before mixing
