Powdered Chocolate 71% (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Natural Vanilla Flavouring); Cream Powder 21%; Cocoa Butter
40% chocolate solids minimum.

- Microwave method: Place 250g of the mix in a microwavable bowl and add 85ml of cooled, boiled water.
- Place in the microwave on full power for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Do not overheat.
- Once removed from the microwave, continue to stir until complete smooth. The ganache is now ready to use.
- Bain-marie method: Place 250g of the mix in a heatproof bowl and add 85ml of cooled boiled water.
- Stir gently over a pan of simmering water until melted; do not allow any extra water from the bain-marie to get into the mixture. The ganache is now ready to use.
- For piping or as a filling: After following instructions for use above, place in the refrigerator and allow to cool until the required consistency is achieved.
- Lightly beat before use.
- The ganache can also be used as a filling for handmade chocolates: try substituting a little water with a liqueur, rum or brandy.
