One of Britain’s favourite chefs, Phil Vickery has teamed up with Squires Kitchen to create a gluten-free cookie mix. Now you can bake delicious free-from gluten, wheat and dairy chocolate chip cookies that everyone can enjoy!

The gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix allows you to bake 40 gluten-free soft and chewy cookies made with real chocolate flakes.

All products in the Phil Vickery Seriously Good!™ Gluten Free range are certified gluten free by Coeliac UK, giving you true peace of mind. You can also rest assured that the entire range is wheat free, dairy free, suitable for vegetarians and contains no artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings.

Once opened, use the whole pack. Store unopened pack in a dry, gluten-free area
Usage instructions
  1. You will need: 3 medium eggs, 70ml vegetable oil, three baking trays lined with parchment
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / 350°F / gas mark 4.
  3. Put the contents of cookie mix sachet into a large bowl
  4. Blend 70ml vegetable oil and 3 eggs together then pour the mixture into dry cookie mix
  5. Mix until a dough forms and roll the dough into a sausage shape that is approximately 6cm diameter.
  6. Cut 40 even pieces that are 1cm thick from the roll and space 3cm apart on the baking trays. The cookies will spread during baking.
  7. Bake the cookies in a fan-assisted oven or near the centre of the oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and still slightly soft. Cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray
  8. Baking time may vary depending on your oven: adjust the time and temperature accordingly
  9. Sensational warm from oven! Best eaten on the same day, or wrap and freeze the cookies while still fresh.
  10. Warm briefly in a microwave for fresh-baked, soft-centre-style cookie
